What is the cancellation and refund policy?
- Cancel by April 1: 100% refund
- Cancel by May 1: 75% refund
- Cancel by June 1: 50% refund
- Cancel by June 30: 25% refund
- No refunds after July 1
Is the hotel included in the registration fee?
Yes. Your registration includes 3 nights at One&Only Palmilla in an oceanfront room, King or Double. Max occupancy: 2 adults and up to 2 children under 12, or up to 3 adults.
Can I bring my family?
Yes. Your registration includes one guest and up to 2 children under 12. A Kids Club is available daily from 8am–6pm for children ages 4–12. Additional guests may attend the Welcome Reception and Welcome Dinner for $500 per person.
Can I attend without staying at the host hotel?
No. One&Only Palmilla does not allow outside guests for hosted events.
How do CE credits work?
28 CE credits total — 16 live CE hours at the summit per AGD PACE guidelines, plus 12 on-demand CE credits through HealthBiz Mastery complimentary with your registration. In-person attendance and course evaluations are required to receive CE credit.
