Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to events@theonesummit.events. Refund eligibility is based on the date the written cancellation request is received. All dates refer to 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date listed.
- Cancellations received on or before April 1: 100% refund
- Cancellations received on or before May 1: 75% refund
- Cancellations received on or before June 1: 50% refund
- Cancellations received on or before July 1: 25% refundNo refunds will be issued for cancellations received after July 1.
For registrations purchased via a payment plan, refunds are calculated based on the total amount paid at the time of cancellation.
All registrations are non-transferable. No refunds will be provided for no-shows, early departures, or missed sessions.
Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 10 business days of approval.
Hotel & Extended Stay Policy
Hotel accommodations included as part of the official event dates are tied to the event registration and follow the cancellation terms outlined above.
Any extended stays booked before or after the official event dates, or any reservations booked directly with the resort, are subject to the hotel’s individual cancellation and refund policies. The One Summit does not act as a travel agent or hotel operator and is not responsible for hotel cancellations or refunds outside of the official event dates.
