How do I get to Cabo?
Fly into San Jose Del Cabo International Airport (SJD) Many airports have direct flights.
Do I need a passport
Yes, a valid US or equivalent passport is required.
What is the format of the event?
This is a small, invitation-style continuing education event with limited attendees to allow for an interactive and focused learning experience.
Who is this event for?
This program is designed for dentists seeking to learn more about minimally invasive dentistry, early ortho and 3 D printing. Also for those that just want to relax and enjoy a weekend getaway at the One & Only Palmilla resort.
How many CE credits will be offered?
28 CE credits total — 16 live CE hours at the summit, plus 12 on-demand CE credits through HealthBiz Mastery, complimentary with your registration.
Is this event AGD PACE approved?
Yes. The One Summit is fully PACE approved by the Academy of General Dentistry.
How does registration work?
Due to limited capacity, early access does not guarantee a seat until registration and payment are completed.
Is the hotel included in the registration fee?
Yes, registration will include 3 nights Palmilla Ocean Front room. King or double bed.
Max occupancy 2 adults and up to 2 children under 12. Or up to 3 adults.
How Much will The One Summit cost to attend?
- Now through April 30: $4,350 — includes one dental attendee, a guest, and up to 2 children under 12.
- May 1 through May 31: $4,850
- June 1 through July 22: $5,500
What does registration include?
- 3-night oceanfront room, King or Double (max occupancy: 2 adults and up to 2 children under 12, or up to 3 adults)
- Private airport transfer (round trip)
- À la carte breakfast for 2 (and up to 2 children under 12)
- Lunch during on lecture days (Friday and Saturday) for lecture attendees
- Welcome reception Thursday night for 2 (and up to 2 children under 12)
- Welcome dinner Friday night night for 2(and up to 2 children under 12)
- Kids Club (ages 4–12) daily from 8am–6pm
- 16 live CE credit hours
- BONUS: 12 on-demand CE credits through HealthBiz Mastery — complimentary with your registration
Can I bring more guests and how are those handled?
Yes. You can have up to 2 adults and 2 children under 12 or up to 3 adults per room. There are options to upgrade to larger rooms with higher occupancy rate. Please let us know if you are interested in upgrading.
Can I get a bigger room or extend my stay?
Yes. Upgrades to larger rooms, suites, casitas or villas are available. Upgrades will be subject to availability and will be handled directly with the hotel. If you are interested in an upgrade let us know to get the process started. Upgrades or extended stays will follow hotel policies and cancellation policies.
What is the nightly rate upgrades or extended stays?
The resort will honor room block special pricing for up to 3 days before the event and 3 days after the event. Ocean front rooms have a cost after taxes and fees of $1,064 per night. Upgrade fees depend on upgrades. Available upgrades range from suites to a 4 bedroom ocean front villa.
Can guests attend summit functions?
Registration includes attendee and a guest and up to 2 children under 12. Extra guests are welcomed with an extra fee for services. If you are interested in bringing an extra guest to the Welcome reception and the welcome dinner there will be a fee of $500 per extra guest.
Can I attend without staying at the host hotel?
No. The One and Only Palmilla resort does not allow outside guests for hosted events.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
- Cancel by April 1: 100% refund
- Cancel by May 1: 75% refund
- Cancel by June 1: 50% refund
- Cancel by June 30: 25% refund
- No refunds after July 1
Will there be sponsors or exhibitors?
A limited number of aligned sponsors may support the event. Sponsorship does not influence educational content.
Will sessions be recorded?
Sessions are not guaranteed to be recorded. In-person attendance is required to receive CE credit.
What is the dress code?
Business or Resort casual attire, whatever you are comfortable with.
How will CE attendance be verified?
Attendance verification and course evaluations are required to receive CE credit and will be explained during the event.
